Directions of use:

Take adequate quantity of Edinora toothpaste on your palm. Use clean index finger & thumb to gently massage all sides of your teeth and gums until you get a clean feel. Use a soft brush to clean the teeth in an up-down motion. Maintain minimum contact with the gums. Swish your mouth using water. Use a dental floss for inter dental cleaning. Once again massage gums and teeth gently & swish using water.
